About FUNdamentals

As an organisation, NZSIA’s goal is to develop resources and provide continued support to New Zealand snow sports schools. Through this, the hope is that children who regularly participate in snow sports lessons will develop a lifelong passion for the snow and mountains, with safe skiing and riding practices that minimise the risk of injury to themselves and others. Children participating in lessons that utilise the FUNdamentals receive a card (or cards) that will indicate their achievements. The cards can be used at any participating snow sports school to help identify and record their progress.
